All customs require a non-refundable deposit, which goes towards the final payment.

A short video or phone consultation will be scheduled to go over your ideas, measurements, and any questions you may have. You will need to block off at least 30 minutes for this consultation.

The final invoice will be sent with an itemized list of all costs for your custom. During the process, if more materials are required to complete the custom, a second deposit may be required to purchase those additional materials. The final invoice must be paid prior to officially recieving your custom.

The Unjaided Collection reserves the right to stop all production and refuse service if there is a lack of communication on the customer’s end.
